Lugnt område och relativt nära till centrum. Positive: Lugnt område och relativt nära till centrum. Möjlighet till parkering i direkt anslutning till boendet, på innergården. Rent och fint med fräsch inredning. Enkel incheckning med kod. Bra kommunikation med värden, tog lite tid innan svar men han löste våra behov. Negative: Vi fick aldrig någon ordning på TV:n, förmodligen beroende på svag Wifi som var svajig. Bäddsoffan behöver kompletteras med en tjock madrass för att kunna användas. Vi fick flytta en annan madrass från en av sängarna för att det skulle gå att ligga bekvämt.

Great location. Cozy apartment, but bad and dishonest management. Positive: Location was great, close to Trondheim Rocks. Comfortable apartment with kitchen. Negative: Unfortunately we didn't get sheets for all of the beds and no towels. I called to ask for them and they responded but failed to get us towels in time. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen and a wet sheet in the cupboard. The parking was full so we had to park on the street and got a ticket. To be honest, all of this I would have accepted for a 15% refund, which they agreed to. Unfortunately they didn't follow though with their promise to credit my account. As a result I was very disappointed!

Positive: Host was bereikbaar via whatsapp en reageerde over het algemeen. Kwam zelfs nog iemand langs in de avond om de TV werkend te krijgen.

Communication with owner is very very bad Positive: Location is good if you come to Dahls arena shows Negative: Found flooded bathroom the minute we entered the apartment - there was leaking pype of washing machine - cleaned all up by ourself, put the recycle bin under the pype ir tried to reach owner - booking app chat doesnt work, whatsapp messages completly ignored, reached out via email, got responce “thanks for putting bucket under leak - leave it that way” Also, there was only one towel - we were three persons there - asked about it also - nothing. Later the other day I met maintainance guy in the backyard, told him about pype and missing towels and he took care of it. Overall its not completely disaster, inside apartment was nice, but building from outside needs a bit repair

Positive: Хорошее расположение. Можно большой компанией снять несколько аппартаментов Negative: Было не совсем чисто. Необходимые вещи для уборки не нашли. Апартаменты для семьи из 4 человек маловаты.
